BIAS

Our goal is to provide an integrated solution to both research and industrial partners for high content and tissue microscopy image analysis. With BIAS, a single-cell level analysis is provided by the most up-to-date AI methods and cell isolation for further investigation (e.g. mass-spectrometry, RNA/DNA sequencing).

The development of the software has started in 2016 based on the success of Advanced Cell Classifier, the original Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence tool of the BIOMAG group. BIAS supports large number of screening and isolation microscopes, multiple classical and state-of-the-art deep learning segmentation and classification algorithms combined with an interactive option for supervised and unsupervised phenotype training, extended statistics and reporting.

With the help of machine learning, BIAS can automatically find the most promising cell candidates.

The software provides the analitycs of digital microscopy images for basic research in pathology, hematology, and biology.

BIAS also provides its full functionality for 3D data.
